Due to the nature of this business, refunds are not accepted.
If you received a damaged item due to shipping and wish to not receive a replacement order, in order to receive a refund, please follow the instructions below:
1. Contact us immediately after receiving the order at info@lakecocandles.com. Include photos of damaged item(s), shipping box and tracking number.
2. Contact the carrier to file a claim. You will need to provide them with the same photos sent to us. You would also have to provide them with the tracking number.
3. Once your file has been filed, please notify us at info@lakecocandles.com with your file number.
4. Once the file has been verified, you will receive a refund to the method of payment used for the order.
Due to the nature of this business, returns are not accepted.
